An upscale jewelry shop that does not do cleaning and maintenance on a cheap Orient Blue Mako automatic watch. Wouldn't even recommend anyone else that would work on it.Bummer!I am sure they would do work on a more expensive watch. I saw some expensive watches on display there.Perhaps your... store, but definitely too rich for my wallet.BTW, security is tight in this place. I like that.UPDATE:I must give this establishment more than my original one star. Here is why.I was surprised the next day after my visit by a follow-up call from the customer service representative, David. As he explained, they service other high end watches for which they have all necessary parts and equipment to do a thorough job. They are just not equipped to deal with my watch.This was more, much more than I expected, effort on their part to explain their business and leave an otherwise unsatisfied customer at least an understanding one. Service like this is very hard to find these days. I was even referred to take my watch to another local jeweler that may do work on my watch.Thank you David from Jewelers in Time. You certainly deserve my change of heart and should I ever have to, I will certainly recommend your jewelry store.read more

Ivan (The Great) helped me and he was awesome!! I have not had customer service this good in years!Exchanged a Rolex purchased from them that I just don’t like the size on my wrist for another Rolex and Ivan overnighted FedEx to me and I received it in perfect shape totally as advertised on their... website. I saw a watch that I have wanted for a long time that Jewels on Time had on their website. I reached out to them to inquire. I made a bid on the watch and their counter bid was good. They sent me the invoice and the wiring instructions. I sent the wire on a Tuesday and had the watch delivered... to my office on Wednesday.
