What an amazing shop. I went in with a 30+ year old Rolex Submariner that just flat out stopped. In all the time i owned it, I never once had it serviced. Met David and he told me it would probably be the main spring but they would check. Got a call the next day and David confirmed that was it.... Told me that they would do a complete overhaul and replace the main spring. The total cost.....$314. WOW. I was willing to pay almost anything. David told me it would be ready in a week or so, and to my surprise I got a call back 3 days later saying it was fixed. Unbelievable service. Their showroom is amazing too. They have an incredible selection of new and pre-owned. If you need your timepiece serviced or are in the market for something special, Jewels in Time is the place for you. Love this place. Walked in with no appt and no interest to purchase anything, just simply having a Rolex submariner fitted to my wrist. Due to my dainty wrists a link needed to be removed. Incredible experience! I decided it was time to propose to the love of my life, and I asked David at Jewels in Time for help. From this point on, it was a level of white glove service I've never experienced. For starters, he and the team actually cared - they were all so happy for me and wanted to... know everything about my fiance-to-be. They helped me through decisions about the ring, the stone, and took the time to educate me on more than I'd ever have known to ask. Once I provided my specifications for a diamond, they found and sourced the perfect stone. And you know what? I changed my mind once it arrived! I decided on a completely different stone. And they took care of me, found the new one I wanted, and it was perfect. From picking a setting shape, material, etc, I was treated like family. I was given a fair price and excellent service. Once I picked a setting, I was kept in touch with leading up to the ring's arrival. Even after it was mine, and after I paid, they didn't cut me loose. David walked me through ring care, helped me proactively with an appraisal so I could get it insured, and even some ring cleaner to polish it up for the special day. I wasn't just a customer, I was family. I felt so close to the group that a couple weeks later, David was one of the first people I texted after getting engaged because I felt he was so connected and took such an interest in knowing how it went. I could not possibly recommend Jewels in Time more. Not to mention, this is my favorite watch boutique for both buying and servicing watches. Every time, great experience.read more
