I can't say enough positive comments re: my experience with JIT and the expertise of Alex Gadilov, Graduate Gemologist. He was professional and patient as I needed a bit of education regarding the items of interest. His experience in NYC's Diamond District has served him well, and that expertise is a complement to the Boca market. The store is full of high quality merchandise and the staff is friendly and approachable. Alex delivered on all promises re: communication, shipping, and appraisal, and I appreciate the professionalism. Rarely does a business exceed my expectations, but JIT did just that.

Stop here and just Go!! I seriously mean it. Dont waste time anywhere else. There are no words to explain this Jewelry store against ANY other in Florida. As an owner of a company, I look for certain particular things if I am buying but learned I dont need to look any further and rather continue to come back and buy these things so Jewels in Time must be meeting my needs and make me happy. I use to make myself crazy shopping for price, but they give their best price from the beginning conversation so that no longer wastes my time. In fact let me just stop and say this. Whether it's Diamonds, Engagement rings, Watches and ESPECIALLY Rolex Watches, Neckalces, etc., there are no high end Jewelry stores who conduct business like they do at a level all clents want and look for not to mention always carry 100s of Rolex's alone when all the other stores have 0 to 10 at most in addition to all the other high end watches they have. This is why all the big name/famous people buy from them not to mention all the sports stars who I see in there all the time. They service and cater to you as if you are their biggest client but maybe really their smallest, but to my point you get concierge service no matter what. Everyone is someone to them and conduct business way above the others, and just so trustworthy and whatever David tells me, I learned just take his word and listen because what he tells clients is what they need to hear not what he wants us to hear for sales. They run their business with such professionalism making the client feel so important and so much integrity like not many business i see as I do have trust issues with companies ESPECIALLY Jeweler's here in South Florida because I personally have seen the dirtiest Jewelers too many times take advatage, but here I dont question, because not once in years or better yet ever has David told me what I wanted to hear, but rather what i need to hear. Go see David and his staff and I assure you will see identical to what I am telling.Best Jeweler around hands down!

I recently purchased a Rolex Milgauss. The watch arrived as described and at a very fair price. The Milgauss required an extra link to fit my wrist. For many years I have wanted to purchase a Patek Philippe watch and missed the opportunity to do so. I recently tried to trade in a Parmigiani watch but its value has decreased but I still really love the craftsmanship so why sell something for less especially if it is a great watch and more importantly enjoyed. I did discuss with a California dealer the possibility of the trade but after going through all their hoops they did not want my watch but did not show any interest in my purchasing the watch that I wanted which was a Patek Philippe Calatrava White Gold Automatic Mens Watch 5296.So I have been to Boca Raton many times and knew about Jewels In Time (JIT). I called and was fortunate to talk to Ivan who was not only helpful but courteous with regard to my requests. Again my Parmigiani is not carried by JIT but due to his personal interest in my possible purchase a conversation developed and ultimately a purchase. Obviously, the California jeweler did not care and ultimately lost an easy sale.The watch is exactly what was promised with all of the desired documentation as well. The sale was uneventful and the money was wired. The watch is great and on arrival I had to send back via FedX a check for $5 which has since been destroyed. The check is JIT's way of guaranteeing that the purchaser has received the watch and protects both parties. This is really a brilliant and safe idea.In closing you get what you pay for with JIT and a safe purchase.

There just are not enough words to describe the service that I recently experienced at JEWELS IN TIME. I purchased a Preowned Rolex approx one month ago, and was not happy with the fiit it is a men’s watch and my wrists are very tiny.
