Ivan Narvaez is an excellent resource for luxury watches. My husband and I both traded in Rolex's for upgrades this year. Their website is fantastic and it is very easy and comfortable to visit the store to see them in person. I had my new watch shipped to NY and the process was safe and the watch packaged beautifully with the appraisal that I had requested. I noticed that David, who picked up the phone, sounded like he’d be happy to spend a couple minutes talking. Other places sometimes act like your inconveniencing them if you call rather than just come in. After our initial conversation, I went there to look at the watch, a newer Rolex, and I saw the amount of inventory that was there and I was pretty shocked, most places have a run down selection of Rolex watches, but there were many models here that are hard to get your hands on now.David was eager to show me the functions of the watch, and really spent time with me answering a lot of questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store, and he really focused on me when I came in, which made for a really pleasant first time watch buying experience.
