Our boutique is located at 4400 N Federal Hwy, Suite 116 in Boca Raton, Florida, and we welcome visitors by appointment.

How do you authenticate the watches and jewelry you sell?

Every item is verified by two certified watchmakers to ensure authenticity, performance, and condition before it reaches our showroom.

Do your watches come with original box and papers?

Each listing clearly states if original box and papers are included; if not, we provide a Jewels in Time travel roll for safe storage.

Can I request a condition report or inspection video before purchase?

Yes, you’re welcome to request additional photos, videos, or a detailed condition report before completing your purchase.

Are your photos of the actual item?

Yes, all photos are of the exact item available, taken in our showroom to show its true condition.

Do you sell fine jewelry or only watches?

We purchase watches outright once they’ve been authenticated; we do not offer consignment services.

How long does the selling or trade-in process take?

The process varies depending on market demand and item condition but is handled as efficiently as possible.

Can I get an estimate online before sending my watch?

We cannot provide offers before authentication, but understanding your value expectations helps determine if it’s suitable for inspection.

Are your pre-owned watches serviced before sale?

Yes, most watches are serviced and refinished before sale, unless noted otherwise for collector preservation.

Do you polish or leave watches unpolished?

Most pieces are polished to restore their beauty, while rare collector watches are kept unpolished to maintain originality.

Do you offer watch servicing or maintenance after purchase?

Yes, all mechanical watches include a two-year service warranty and are cared for by our in-house technicians.

What does your warranty cover?

Do you service watches under warranty in-house or through the brand?

All warranty services are performed in-house by our certified watchmakers.

We don’t offer lifetime plans, but polishing services are available starting around $150 depending on the model.

All orders are shipped fully insured via FedEx, with armored transport available for high-value shipments.

Yes, we can hold a watch for up to three days with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Our system supports one card per transaction, but we can arrange partial wire and card payments upon request.

How much would you pay for my watch?

Before we can make an offer, every watch needs to be authenticated in person. If you let us know what you’re hoping to receive, we can determine whether it’s worth moving forward for inspection. After it’s verified, we’ll be able to provide an accurate price.

The wrist size of this watch is too short for me?

Most watches can be adjusted by adding extra links. We’d be happy to assist you with sizing options or help source additional links to ensure a perfect fit.

How come I have to pay for additonal links?

Watches are sold with the same number of links as when we purchase them, which are typically sized for standard wrist lengths. Additional links are sold separately, and because they’re sourced from reputable suppliers and vary in cost, we charge only the actual cost of the replacement link.
