3-Day Return Window:
We offer a 3-day return window for all fine watch purchases from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you may return it within this period.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the watch must meet the following criteria:
- The watch must be in its original, unworn condition.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and accompanying documents such as the warranty card and user manual.
- The watch should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, including scratches, dents, or any other visible defects.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team within the 3-day return window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- You can contact our Customer Support Team by filling out our contact form.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the watch in its original packaging.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving the returned watch, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. If the watch is in proper condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
- Watches without their original packaging, tags, or essential documents.
- Watches returned after the 3-day return window.
- Special order watches.

If you’re interested in exchanging your watch for another timepiece, we’re happy to offer you more options. Exchanges are possible for items of equal or greater value than the original purchased watch, as long as the original timepiece has not been worn or damaged.
