I was a bit concerned about purchasing a very expensive Cartier watch for my wife for an anniversary milestone from someone I had found on the internet. It was the best experience shopping there. David Cohen he understood what I wanted and put together this most beautiful watch for me. I went there to trade up my old Rolex and he explained they would fix it for me so I will have a gold and a stainless and gold. No trading my other one in. This was a wonderful experience at Jewels In Time for me. Initially went there to have my Rolex serviced and polished. I originally met with Jill and upon my request showed me upgraded Rolexs'. I have not even considered a new Rolex since 1999! Jill was very professional in her consultation and... not pushy. Eventually, I went back to JIT and met with David Cohen and he helped me settle with what I REALLY wanted with size and design. David is extremely educated when it comes to value and style for Rolexs'. His professionalism and patience definitely instilled trust in me and I completed my transaction expeditiously. What an amazing shop. I went in with a 30+ year old Rolex Submariner that just flat out stopped. In all the time i owned it, I never once had it serviced. Met David and he told me it would probably be the main spring but they would check. Got a call the next day and David confirmed that was it.... Told me that they would do a complete overhaul and replace the main spring. The total cost.....$314. WOW. I was willing to pay almost anything. David told me it would be ready in a week or so, and to my surprise I got a call back 3 days later saying it was fixed. Unbelievable service. Their showroom is amazing too. They have an incredible selection of new and pre-owned. If you need your timepiece serviced or are in the market for something special, Jewels in Time is the place for you. Love this place. Walked in with no appt and no interest to purchase anything, just simply having a Rolex submariner fitted to my wrist. Due to my dainty wrists a link needed to be removed.
